The mission

5 for Mum is about balancing motherhood with all the other things we care about. This little virtual corner of the world wide web is here to inspire you to make those little 5 minute breaks count, because I believe that taking care of ourselves is also a way to care for our families. All motherhood journeys are different and that is why there is so much to learn from each other. This a space for sharing, telling stories, connecting and inspiring, just like if we were sitting in a circle in our tribe, in our village.
