Our mission

5 for Mum is about balancing motherhood with all the other things we care about. We are here to inspire you to make those little 5 minute breaks count, because we believe that taking care of ourselves is also a way to care for our families. We know that all motherhood journeys are different and that is why we feel that there is so much to learn from each other. We want to create a space for sharing, telling stories, connecting and inspiring, just like if we were sitting in a circle in our tribe, in our village.
